Product overview
Dupuy's compact industrial vacuum for CNC machine tools. The Oilvac 130P bridges wheeled vacuums and suction buckets by combining maneuverability with a removable 130 L collection container and two-stage filtration. It is fitted with three single-phase by-pass motors, an independent 100 l/min discharge pump (Pump version) enabling simultaneous suction and discharge, and rapid separation of emulsions and larger swarf. The swarf basket is removable for easy emptying.

Suction unit
Suction is produced by three single-phase carbon by-pass motors housed in a steel header lined with sound-absorbing material to reduce noise. The motor head control panel includes three independent switches and a clogged-filter indicator with warning light. The swarf basket is emptied via a container release system for fast maintenance.

Filter unit
The filter chamber contains an M-class star (pocket) filter with hydro-oleophobic treatment and a total filtering surface of 14,000 cm². In the Pump version a 300 µ PPL filter is fitted as standard for fine metallic sludge; a 100 µ option is available.

Collection unit
Sucked material is separated by a screened basket; filtered oil collects in the removable container. A manual exhaust system is standard and serves as a visual level indicator. In the Pump version, the independent discharge pump accelerates emptying of coolant into tanks or bins. The collection unit capacity is 130 liters and includes an electronic float switch that stops suction at maximum container level. The vacuum is mounted on a powder-coated steel frame and fitted with non-marking swivel casters with parking brakes.
