Product overviewThe Oilvac 100 and the Oilvac 100 PUMP version are an innovative suction and separation solution for oils mixed with chips, designed for integration in machine shops. The structure is made entirely of steel, resistant to abrasive oils. The unit is mounted on a powder-coated steel frame and fitted with non-marking swivel wheels with parking brake. The Oilvac 100 is configured to minimize downtime by reducing the time needed for suction and maintenance.

Vacuum unitEquipped with two powerful single-phase motors; capable of extracting 90 liters of chips and mixed lubricants in a few minutes.
Filtration unitAn electromechanical float detects the liquid level in the container and automatically stops suction when full. Supplied with a 100 micron PPL filter for high filtration capacity.
Collection unitInstant separation of vacuumed material: metal shavings are collected in an easily removable grated basket for rapid disposal. Oil passes through the basket and accumulates, filtered, inside the container. Quick discharge of oils and emulsions via a valve or via an independent electric pump (discharge capacity 100 l/min).
