This three-phase industrial vacuum cleaner for oil and chips originates from the structure of the suction bucket. The vacuum cleaner is equipped with a 5.5 kW two-stage turbine in series and is suitable for maintenance and cleaning of medium and large CNC machines or several machine tools in succession, without the need to empty the large liquid storage tank each time. The suction unit is a high-performance three-phase side channel turbine with a power of 5.5 kW, with direct coupling between the motor shaft and the impeller. Since it has no transmission systems, it does not require any ordinary maintenance and is suitable for prolonged continuous service. Inside the steel filter chamber there is the polyester bag filter, which protects the suction unit. The vacuum cleaner is equipped with a container for chips with a mesh basket inside for the separation of solid materials (chips, metal scraps) from the liquid. The container can be tipped using a crank reducer which allows the chips to be unloaded in a safe, practical and fast way. The vacuum cleaner is mounted on a sturdy metal frame and equipped with sturdy industrial wheels, which make handling easy even on bumpy surfaces. The frame is also designed for lifting by forklift. The container is compact and removable and contains a sieve grid that separates the solid part from the oils.
