Product description The OILVAC 200 industrial suction bucket collects and filters up to 200 L of oil and emulsion mixed with metal chips. It features a float switch that stops suction when the container reaches maximum level and an independent high‑flow electric discharge pump (180 L/min) for rapid emptying of filtered liquids. A removable stainless steel grating basket retains chips for easy disposal and recovery. Designed for continuous industrial use, the unit reduces waste handling costs and improves process efficiency.
Applications
Suction unit Suction is provided by three charcoal by‑pass motors with independent switches, mounted in a soundproofed metal header. Options include a powerful single‑phase motor or a side‑channel turbine for continuous 24/7 operation.
Filter unit A float switch prevents overflow by stopping suction at maximum fill. A pocket bag filter protects the motors from dust and solids and ensures reliable filtration of emulsions and oils.
Collection unit The unit is built on a sturdy metal frame with industrial wheels for easy handling on uneven floors. The compact, removable container incorporates a sieve grid to separate solids from liquids.
