DC brushless motor has lots of advantages for actuator. Permanent magnet rotor makes the motor’s temperature rising is 20℃ lower than AC motor. Its frequently start-up causes very few fever. Actuator can reach 1200 starts per hour operation with large start-up torque and strong overload capacity. Moreover, DC brushless motor is non-mechanical friction and can provide reverse electromagnetic brake function. When positioning, the speed of motor will automatically slow down when set value is approaching, to improve positioning accuracy(error is less than ±1%) with lower vibration.
