Description

With variable optical paths 0.5 mm, 1.5 mm, 2.5 mm (I = optional 0.1 mm – 2.5 mm); connection with TRI-CLAMP flanges OD 1" 25.4 mm An external flow cell with Tri-Clamp connection for SMA-905 type light pipes, with use for external detectors. The cell complies with ASME BPE standards and classes, designed for FDA, having an adjustable optical path from 0.5 mm to 2.5 mm, (depending on customer needs, the optical path can also start at 0.1 mm to 2.5 mm optical path. The cell has reference optical paths of 0.5 mm, 1.5 mm, and 2.5 mm. The pressure resistance of the cell is 2 MPa. Adjustment process: The adjustment of the optical path is carried out mechanically by means of a special adjustment wrench which, thanks to the measuring grooves, guarantees the exact adjustment of the desired optical path and for the control of the optical path, a verification on chemical solutions is used, where the cell must achieve predetermined values of absorbance on a given solution and at a given concentration. Flow cells of our production are designed in accordance with the ASME-BPE (Bioprocessing Equipment) standard. This globally recognized standard ensures that equipment meets the stringent hygiene and performance criteria required in industries, such as biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and food processing. Following these requirements, our flow cells provide exceptional cleanliness, reliability, and compliance with critical bioprocessing specifications.
