Plastic Valves are of high chemical resistance and used for almost all kinds of fluids. Thanks to their high durability, plastic valves preferrably used in systems containing corrosive fluids. They are long-lasting due to prefectly sealing qualifications.
Other types of plastic valves used in chemical & food industries, natural gas lines, ship construction, paper mills and heating-cooling lines, especially in acid and chemical transfer lines, with less pressure losses.
The plastic valves, which offer ease of use with their easy opening and closing system, light weight and small footprint, produced out of PVC-U, PVC-C, PP-H or PVDF.
Plastic Valve Types
Plastic Valves falls into two different categories: manual and actuated. Both types have their own subgroups.
Manual Plastic Valves
Manual plastic valves, manually controlled. Due to their simple operation, easily opened and closed, relatively convenient for manually controlled applications rather than other types.
Manual Plastic Valve Types
2-way ball valve
3-way ball valve
The butterfly valve
Diaphragm valve
Check valve
Pressure control valve
Auxiliary valve
Plastic Valves with Actuators
Actuated plastic valves open and close upon the operating system. Since manual operation of large-sized valves are difficult, actuating versions generally preferred. In addition, actuating plastic valves used in systems where the valve needs to be opened and closed quickly.
