Description
Atlantic lasers offer superior beam quality, maximum available average power (80 W @ IR / 40 W @ VIS / 30 W @ UV), maximum available pulse energy (200 μJ @ IR / 100 μJ @ VIS / 75 μJ @ UV), and a maximum pulse repetition rate of up to 1 MHz. These features are beneficial for high processing quality and high throughput. Advanced electronics enable external gating (including PSO), synchronization, precise laser triggering, and instant signal amplitude control. The lasers are built for reliability and long-term stable operation in industrial environments, with optical components installed in a sealed, robust, monolithic aluminum block. The design ensures robust, low-maintenance operation, optimized layout, PC-controlled operation, a built-in self-diagnostic system, and advanced status reporting. For high-power UV laser applications, the UV optics are optimized for longevity and stable operation, resulting in a UV optics lifetime of 8,000 hours. A unique optional feature allows operation in both picosecond and nanosecond modes, providing a 2-in-1 solution for materials processing where both high accuracy and high throughput are required at low cost.
