Highlights- Links multiple lathes equipped with bar feeders into a single automation concept
- Finished parts removed by the EMCO component catcher can be routed to downstream processes or palletized as finished parts
Equipment- Universal application for a wide variety of components
- Standard configuration with servo-driven axes and a part gripper
- Load capacity up to 20 kg component weight
- Multi-machine connection links several units
- Reduced investment per machine through shared automation
- InfinityLine concept for modular expansions
- Easy integration of additional machines without rewiring
- Adjustable travel range to accommodate future requirements
DescriptionThe InfinityPortal connects several lathes loaded with bar feeders to create automated production cells. Finished workpieces are picked by the EMCO component catcher and can be forwarded to subsequent operations such as turning, grinding, milling or deburring, or palletized as final parts. The system supports scalable multi-machine layouts and modular extension based on the InfinityLine concept.
