The MC664 and MC664-X support 128 software axes, including 64 motor axes and 64 bit integer position registers. 64 bit floating-point calculation supports ultra-high précision axis resolution.
Through the expansion module, the MC664 supports up to 64 digital network drivers, 24 analog servo drivers, 25 step drivers and 25 channel absolute value and incrémental encoders.
Each axis can realize various movements through programming, such as linear, spiral, spatial arc interpolation, electronic cam, master-slave movement, electronic gear and so on.
The quad core 1GHz processing capability supports multiple robot algorithms at the same time.
The built-in Ethernet port can be connected to PC programming and downloading programs or général HMI and PLC. Based on the powerful motion perfect V4 application development software, the user program can be written in triobasic language with multi task characteristics, making the complex motion simple. At the same time, the industrial standard IEC61131-3 language that supports the full function PLC programming system can also be used for programming.
The state of the controller can be easily learned through the bright and readable backlight display. At the same time, the base adopts a single métal shell, which enhances the ground-
ing performance of the system and improves the anti-interference ability of the system in the industrial field.
MC664 has two formats: single core and quad core. The p862 has two built-in EtherCAT axes, which can be upgraded by purchasing the p914 remote axis FEC.
