The flex-6-nano is a compact, integrated EtherCAT controller that supports up to 64 axis movements. By adding a micro SD card, its memory can be expanded to 32 gbyte.
The flex-6-nano can be directly connected to the trio flexslice system without the EtherCAT coupler (p366).
The trio flexslice I/O module provides a powerful, high-speed and flexible solution for motion control and général automation. EtherCAT cycle min 125 m secs„ Bus coupler adopts EBUS technology to bring ail sub modules into EtherCAT network while maintaining stable performance.
Flexslice module supports digital and analog I/O interfaces and puise direction output motion control module interfaces (with appropriate driving technology, it can accurately control the position of stepping and servo motors).
The digital i/o module has high-speed performance. In addition, analog i/o modules and shaft modules can be used to install high-performance custom systems. If necessary, the system can be placed away from the master station.
All flexslice modules support master auto addressing to automatically detect and configure initialization modules. The bus coupler supports up to 16 input and output modules with positive mechanical locks and bus connectors, which can be connected to the EBUS through the backplane. Flexslice modules can be installed with rails.
