MC405 is a high spécification motion controller, which adopts high-performance arm 11 processor, has 5 flexible shaft interfaces and 4-way voltage output.
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION:
The MC405 has two différent shaft configurations. Both axis configuration modes support 16 software axes. Any axis not assigned to the built-in hardware can be used as a virtual axis. Each axis can realize various movements through programming, such as linear, arc, spiral and spatial arc interpolation, electronic cam, master-slave movement and electronic
gear movement.
Flexible shaft interface can be configured as feedback device or puise output through software. When it is puise output, the shaft interface can be used to control stepping and servo drive, or analog encoder output. When configured as feedback, it supports incrémental encoder input, or one of the three commonly used absolute value encoders SSI, tamakawa and EnDat. Any feedback shaft with a voltage output can be used to form a closed-loop servo.
