Mc403/mc403-z is a high spécification motion controller, which adopts high-performance ARM11 processor, has three flexible shaft interfaces and two voltage outputs. The mc403 has two spécifications and supports five différent shaft configurations. The primary mc403-z has no built-in DAC, and ail modules have the software function of 8 axes. Any that is not assigned to hardware can be used as a virtual axis. Each axis can realize various movements through programming, such as linear, arc, hélix and spatial arc interpolation, electronic cam, master-slave movement and electronic gear movement. Flexible shaft interface can be configured as feedback device or puise output through software. When it is puise output, the shaft interface can control stepping or servo drive, or analog encoder output. When configured as feedback, it supports incrémental encoder input, or one of the three commonly used absolute value encoders SSI, tamakawa and EnDat. Any feedback shaft with a voltage output can be used to form a closed-loop servo. The built-in Ethernet port can be connected to PC programming and downloading programs or général HMI and PLC. Based on the powerful motion perfect V4 application development software, the user program can be written in triobasic language with multi task characteristics, making the complex motion simple. In addition, the industrial standard IEC61131-3 language that supports the full function PLC programming system can also be used for programming.
