Description
The Large Capacity J-Press® Sidebar Filter Press is engineered for high-volume dewatering. It offers automation options including fully automatic plate shifting and cloth washing, integrates Evoqua’s MOCS filter press control system, and can be supplied with complete slurry processing and cake handling equipment. The frame is fabricated from ASTM-A36 carbon steel and finished for extended service life, with configurable features to match site requirements.

Features

• Five frame sizes: 1000 mm to 2000 mm, constructed from heavy-duty carbon steel plate and sheet, sandblasted and finished.
• Two standard operating pressures: 100 psig (7 bar) and 225 psig (16 bar).
• Cake holding capacity approximately 25 cu ft (1.42 m3) up to 600 cu ft (16.99 m3) depending on model and configuration.
• Process connections supplied pre-piped for simplified plug-and-play installation.
• Filter plate wetted parts in polypropylene; piping manifold options include PVC, carbon steel, FRP or stainless steel for corrosion resistance.
