DescriptionHigh Temperature Air Amplifiers are rated to 700°F (374°C) and designed to circulate air in hot environments such as ovens, furnaces and large molds. Using the Coanda effect, these amplifiers entrain large volumes of ambient air with a small amount of compressed air to generate high-volume, high-velocity outlet flows through a fixed air gap. They operate quietly and provide high flow amplification, producing output flows up to 25 times the compressed air consumption.

How It WorksCompressed air flows through the inlet into an annular chamber and is throttled through a small ring nozzle at high velocity. The primary airstream adheres to the Coanda profile directing it toward the outlet, creating a low-pressure center that induces a high-volume entrainment of surrounding air. The combined flow exhausts as a high-volume, high-velocity outlet flow.
