OverviewEXAIR's Light Duty Line Vac™ is a compact pneumatic conveyor that converts an ordinary hose or tube into an air-operated material conveyor for small volumes over short distances. It is designed for simple, low- to moderate-throughput conveying of scrap, trim, bulk materials and parts.
Applications- Hopper loading
- Fiber tensioning
- Material conveying
- Waste/trim removal
- Chip removal
- Part transfer
- Filling operations
Advantages- Compact footprint
- Quiet operation
- No moving parts
- Adapts to standard hose or tube
- Aluminum construction

MaterialsThe Light Duty Line Vac is available in
aluminum. For corrosion resistance, high-temperature or food-service needs select other Line Vac families (Line Vac, Threaded Line Vac, Sanitary Flange Line Vac, Heavy Duty Line Vac).
Models & KitsLight Duty Line Vacs are supplied individually or in kits. Kits include a Light Duty Line Vac, filter separator and pressure regulator with coupler. Aluminum sizes fit hose I.D. from 3/4" (19 mm) to 6" (152 mm).
Accessories- Clear PVC Hose — available in I.D. sizes 3/8" (10 mm), 1/2" (13 mm), 3/4" (19 mm), 1" (25 mm), 1-1/4" (32 mm), 1-1/2" (38 mm), 2" (51 mm), 2-1/2" (64 mm) and 3" (76 mm); lengths up to 50' (15.2 m). Flexible, smooth bore reduces build-up and allows visual confirmation of material movement. Temperature rating -4 to 150°F (-20 to 66°C).
- Drum Covers — fine mesh non-woven covers for 30 or 55 gallon drums; fit conveyance hoses with outside diameters from 3/4" through 3.4"; include hose clamps and spring buckle strap.
