OverviewEXAIR's Heavy Duty Threaded Line Vac™ is a high-performance pneumatic conveyor that converts standard pipe into a conveying line for abrasive or heavy bulk materials. Constructed from hardened alloy to resist wear, it connects directly to common plumbing pipe couplers. Sizes available from 3/4 NPT to 3 NPT; hose compatibility 0.75"–3" (19–76 mm).
Applications- Hopper loading
- Fiber tensioning
- Material conveying (abrasive scrap, trim)
- Waste and trim removal
- Chip removal
- Part transfer
- Industrial filling operations
Advantages- Hardened alloy construction for abrasion resistance
- High throughput for long-distance conveying
- Compact footprint
- Low noise operation
- No moving parts—minimal maintenance
- Direct attachment to ordinary pipe and fittings
- Available from stock and in kit configurations
ModelsAvailable individually or in kits. Typical kits include the Heavy Duty Threaded Line Vac, a filter separator and a pressure regulator with coupler. Multiple thread sizes from 3/4 NPT to 3 NPT cover common plant piping.
Accessories- Mounting brackets for Line Vacs from 3/8" (10 mm) through 3" (76 mm)
- Drum covers for 55 or 30 gallon drums; fit conveyance hoses from 3/4" through 3.4" OD; include hose clamps and spring buckle strap

How It WorksCompressed air enters an annular plenum and is directed through nozzles into the throat. The resulting jets create a vacuum at the intake, drawing material in and accelerating it through the unit for conveying over long vertical or horizontal runs.
