OverviewThreaded Line Vac™ by EXAIR is an air operated conveyor that converts ordinary threaded pipe into a powered conveying system for parts, scrap, trim and bulk materials. It installs directly to pipe couplers for easy system assembly. Available sizes range from 3/8 in (10 mm) to 3 in (76 mm) NPT in aluminum, Type 303 stainless steel and Type 316 stainless steel. No moving parts ensures maintenance-free operation.

MaterialsAluminum models are the economical choice for general conveying; maximum temperature rating 250°F (121°C).
Type 303 stainless steel offers good corrosion resistance for food service, abrasive or mildly corrosive environments; maximum temperature rating 800°F (426°C).
Type 316 stainless steel is recommended for critical or sanitary applications requiring superior corrosion resistance; maximum temperature rating 1000°F (538°C).

AccessoriesClear PVC hose in a range of I.D. sizes: 3/8 in (10 mm), 1/2 in (13 mm), 3/4 in (19 mm), 1 in (25 mm), 1-1/4 in (32 mm), 1-1/2 in (38 mm), 2 in (51 mm), 2-1/2 in (64 mm), 3 in (76 mm), lengths up to 50 ft (15.2 m). Reinforced heavy-wall hose allows visual confirmation of conveyed material; temperature rating -4 to 150°F (-20 to 66°C).

How It WorksCompressed air enters an annular plenum and is injected through directed nozzles. The resulting jets create a vacuum at the intake that draws material into the unit and accelerates it through the conveying line for transport over long vertical or horizontal distances.
