Box weighing system for integration into manual idle roller lines When the box is placed at the weighing station, the operator can read and check the weight of the products placed in the box before placing it on the pallet, thus avoiding errors or returns of goods. This way, the operator can view the weighing result on the weight indicator without having to lift the packages to weigh them. The weight indicator is generally installed on a vertical post attached to the roller conveyor structure. This way, the indicator is positioned vertically and is very easy for the operator to read the weight. The standard version includes the installation of the basic DFWL indicator. On request, it is possible to install the 7-key indicator also with DFWKPXP printer. The rollers used for the roller conveyors have a diameter of 50 mm and a pitch of 75 mm. ROLLER CONVEYORS USED: STANDARD OR HEAVY-DUTY The standard idle roller conveyors for D50 P75 boxes have rollers with a diameter of 50 mm and a pitch of 75 mm and are suitable for packages with a base of at least 25 cm. Alternatively, rollers with a pitch diameter of 30 and 40 mm can be used. They consist of a robust structure of epoxy powder-coated steel profiles (grey Ral 7001) and supports with anchoring and height-adjustable feet. The rollers are made of galvanized steel with rotation on shielded ball bearings. They have an indicative capacity of 50 kg/m. The heavy-duty model is used instead in versions with a capacity of 150 kg. Thermo-adhesive paper for printer: Box of 50 rolls of adhesive thermal paper, 15 m each.
