Automatic rotary marker for hot foil print on labels and cases. FPMR 380 AUTOMATIC ROTARY MARKER WITH SOLID INK ROLLER (Complete with device for gathering and packaging printed labels) Automatic rotary marker with feeder for hot stamping on paper, plastic, aluminum sheets, etc. Uses the proven technology of solid ink rollers; ink is activated by heating and drying, allowing immediate and indelible impression on all printable products. The product is placed in an adjustable charger, the feeder picks individually the object to be printed and flat belts carry it under the roller printer. The print position can be adjusted to the millimeter by two photocells and timer. The number of pieces to be printed is programmed from the keypad. Use numbers and letters (see table) for printing production date, expiration date, lot number, etc. to preserve the traceability of the product. About 20,000 markings can be made with each roll. The duration of the roll depends on the number of characters imprinted, on the force of impression applied, and on the set temperature. Optional - Alphabetic AZ kit: In the alphabetical AZ kit there is 1 letter by type (including W and Y). - Edit to print erecting cartons: The marker is suitable for printing on boxes and standard cards. To print on erecting cartons (thicker than standard) it is necessary to make changes as the great thickness could jam during printing. All changes are performed specifically as a result of the test on the customer's samples.
