NEW FD FRICTION LIFTER for cases, sheets and coupons - Friction feeder suitable for leafing through and marking (where the marker is present) lot and expiry dates on sheets, tags, cases and coupons. - The rubber-coated wheels of the feeder and the micro-adjustments make the NEW FD extremely flexible and suitable for use in environments where high autonomy, speed, reliability and simplicity of use are required. - The loader allows you to contain up to 300 mm of product and is equipped with minimum load control. - The marker is managed by a microprocessor and is easily adjustable thanks to the LCD screen with 7 function keys. - Through the display it is possible to adjust the forward speed, printing delay, stroke counter and it is possible to memorize up to 40 job formats. - During operation it is possible to view the status of the machine, and see any errors such as a stop due to empty magazine or jammed paper. - The marker that can be combined with the picker is inkjet and requires very little maintenance. - It can write batches, deadlines, logos and barcodes with a maximum height of 12.7 mm and at approximately 300 DPI. - The NEW FD feeder is available in the following sizes: - NEW FD 250: product width min 60 mm max 250 mm - NEW FD 400: product width min 60 mm max 400 mm - NEW FD 500: product width min 60 mm max 500 mm - The maximum length of the product is 300 mm but can reach 630 mm in the special models.
