Automatic rotary marker for hot foil print on labels and cases. FPMR 420 MARKER AUTOMATIC ROTARY TO SOLID INK Automatic rotary marker with picker for hot stamping on paper, plastic, aluminum foil, etc. Uses the proven technology of solid ink rollers, where ink is activated by heating and allows immediate drying and indelible imprint on all media. The product is placed in an adjustable charger, the picker picks up individually the object to be printed and the flat belts convey it under the printing roller. The printing position can be adjusted longitudinally to the millimeter by photocell and two timers. The number of pieces to be printed is programmed from the keypad. Uses numbers and letters (see table) which can be placed on multiple lines of printing, allowing printing of production date, expiry date, lot number, etc. to preserve the traceability of the product. Warning: the characters are the same used by markers FPMR 380 and FPMR 300. Only the inside diameter of the character holder changes. Optional - Alphabetic AZ kit: In the alphabetical AZ kit there is 1 letter per type (including W and Y). - Modification to print erecting cartons: The marker is suitable for printing on boxes and standard cards. To print on erecting cartons (thicker than standard), modifications are necessary as the great thickness could jam during printing. All changes are performed specifically as a result of the test on the customer's samples. - Modification for printing on tags with hole: The marking of tags or cases with holes or "windows" may not be possible with the standard marker, as the photocell would read the hole and offset the printing position. In this case, it is necessary to add the "photocell" accessory modified for marking hole tags. * The feasibility of this change will be confirmed only after viewing the samples.
