  Adopting an insulated guide rail power supply addresses cable wear, breakage and cable collection issues, improving on-site safety and reliability.
• Rack and Pinion Drive
  Pinion drive replaces conventional wire rope to provide stable vertical movement and to eliminate rope winding, jamming and breakage risks.
• Dual drive system
  Two independent lifting drives are integrated; if one drive fails the other can still operate to enable safe ascent and descent under reduced load.
• Ready for use during construction
  After installation of the tower base section, the Heracles lift can be powered and used during construction and commissioning to improve site efficiency.
• Large capacity, high load
  Maximum load up to 480 kg, maximum capacity 4 persons (load and capacity configurable).

• Rack and Pinion Ladder
  The lift carrier consists of welded standard rack-and-pinion profiles forming the guide ladder.
• Top Sensing Panel
  A compressible panel at the car top triggers a sensor when contacting obstacles to stop movement.
• Driving Device
  Gear motor drives the pinion to engage the rack and enable controlled ascent and descent.
• Fall Protection System
  If descent speed exceeds the preset limit, the fall arrester locks automatically and a control-cabinet indicator signals the event to stop the lift.
• Control Cabinet
  Lift control system installed inside the car for operational commands and indicators.
• Lower Escape Board
  Located at the bottom of the car; can be opened internally or externally for evacuation or rescue.
• Upper Escape Board
  Located at the top of the car; can be opened internally or externally for evacuation or rescue.
• Insulated Guide Rail Supply System
  Optional power supply delivered via insulated guide rails as an alternative to traditional cable harnesses.
