The CP4-500 mixed-tower suspended maintenance platform is a modular suspended lifting and work platform engineered for maintenance and construction on towers with varying diameters. Standard aluminum-alloy sections are spliced to form the required tower diameter. The system is self-contained and designed for operation without external rigging assistance.

Product Details

• Main components: suspension device (suspension point/rail components), platform, traction hoist, SafeLock, electrical control system, wire rope and guide pulley assemblies, hangers, wall roller assembly, support wheels and safety rope.
• Suspension device is anchored to the cylinder/tower wall; the platform travels along steel wire rope driven by its own hoist, allowing vertical movement and hover at any height.
• Modular design enables assembly of various diameters from standard aluminum-alloy sections; sections are spliced to match tower geometry.
