Overview
A suspended maintenance platform designed to travel along the inner wall of furnaces and incinerators. Composed of suspension devices, platforms, traction hoist, SafeLock, electrical control system, wire ropes and related components. Intended for engineering tasks such as repair and maintenance of refractory linings, membrane walls and spray-gun interfaces in waste incineration plants and similar boiler installations.

Multiple safety guarantee system

• Independent dual fall-protection systems for personnel and for the platform to prevent overturning and ensure operational safety.
• Upper limit switch: automatic stop to prevent top impact.
• Manual descent system for controlled lowering in emergency situations to secure safe landing.
• Overload protection: when overloaded, the platform is permitted to descend only and is prevented from ascending.

Product Details — Key components & functions

• Combination suspension platform without scaffolding: requires 4 wire rope sets routed through reserved holes at the top of the boiler; platform is lifted and lowered by traction hoist.
• Limit plate: sets upper limit and allows height/position adjustment.
• (Customizable) Camera or helmet camera: real-time monitoring of hazards on the platform to enhance personnel safety.
• Traction hoist with overload detection: drives ascent and descent while preventing operation under overload.
• Upper limit switch: prevents the platform from exceeding safe travel distance.
• SafeLock: prevents overspeed descent of the platform.
• Electrical control system: controls platform operation and triggers alarms in emergency conditions.
• Wall roller assembly: telescopic arm adjustable to maintain correct distance between platform and inner wall of the boiler.
