Description
Nut-runner compatible pull-down clamp PTPD1 provides fast, repeatable workpiece retention for automated production and precision machining. Ideal for 5-axis machining and horizontal machining centers, the clamp pulls the workpiece into a tapped hole using a screw actuated by a hex head. The hex head accepts manual operation or impact wrench/nut runner use for integration into automated lines.

Materials
Body: 1045 steel, black oxide finish. Hex head: 4140 steel, induction hardened, black oxide. Riser: 1045 steel, quenched and tempered, black oxide. Clamping screw: 4115 steel, carburized and hardened, black oxide.
