Block pull clamps provide very quick and secure fastening and are ideal for 5-axis machining. They consist of a clamp base used with clamping screws. Block pull clamps mount under a workpiece, allowing the machined surface to be accessible to the cutting tool. In addition to tightening with a wrench, this clamp can be operated with a nut runner for automation and with an impact wrench to reduce operator effort. Locating repeatability using Block Pull Clamps alone is ±0.3.

Materials & finishes
Body made from 1045 steel with a black oxide finish. Contact pad made from 4140 alloy steel, quenched and tempered, with a black oxide finish. Locating bushing made from 4135 steel, quenched and tempered, with a black oxide finish.
