Product overview
Quickly lock and unlock a linear rail stopper without tools using the LSM sliding-lock handle. The mechanism provides a positive mechanical lock on standard linear rails and is designed for operations where a compact, non-swiveling handle is required.

Materials and construction

• Body: nickel-plated 1045 steel.
• Handle: nickel-plated 4140 alloy steel, quenched and tempered.
• Push bar: 1045 steel.
• Corrosion resistance provided by nickel plating; components sized for industrial linear rails.

• Position locking and temporary clamping on linear guides and rails.
• Assembly jigs, machine tools, inspection fixtures and material handling equipment.
• Suitable for confined installations where handle rotation is restricted.

• Available nominal rail widths: 20 mm (LSM-20), 25 mm (LSM-25), 30 mm (LSM-30), 35 mm (LSM-35).
• Thread details: LSM-20: M5×0.80 (10 mm depth); LSM-25: M6×1.00 (12 mm depth); LSM-30/35: M8×1.25 (14 mm depth).
