Description

Flygt Slimline propeller pump with N-technology Slimline propeller pumps provide maximum reliability for municipal, amusement and agricultural applications. Equipped with self-cleaning N-technology hydraulics, they defeat hidden debris that can clog conventional axial flow pump propellers. The result? Fewer unplanned stops, lower energy bills, reduced maintenance, and longer equipment life. Slimline design for a smaller plant footprint The slim profile of the Flygt Slimline propeller pumps means they can be installed in smaller column pipes. Since pump bay width is determined by column pipe diameter, the pump station footprint can therefore be reduced. The smaller the station, the lower the cost for excavation, material and labor. Despite their slim dimensions, Flygt Slimline pumps give you the same heavy-duty reliability and performance as our other propeller pumps. Optimized flow paths and pressure distribution suppress flow separation losses, maximize efficiency, and ensure good cavitation properties. N-technology for superior clog resistance Flygt N-technology revolutionizes propeller pump performance through three integrated self-cleaning features: Backswept propeller blades ensure that plastic bags, fibers and other materials slide down the blade edge toward the pump housing, instead of wrapping around the propeller. An integrated relief groove forces accumulated material through and out of the pump. Optimized guide vanes create localized turbulence around any accumulated stringy material, helping to remove debris from the vanes and discharge it from the pump.
