OverviewModular welding booth designed for welding, grinding and isolating noisy machinery. The enclosure creates controlled work zones that reduce noise, improve operator safety and can be adapted to production constraints and floor space.
What do you get?- Custom-made booths tailored to your specific layout and workflow.
- Effective noise reduction using sound-absorbing 50 mm sandwich panels.
- Modular design allowing flexible configurations and straightforward expansion.
- Choice of more than 15 colours to match your environment.
- Option to visualise the solution with 3D drawings prior to production.
- Integrated service panel with connections for power, compressed air and gases.
- Suitable for welding, grinding or shielding noisy equipment.
Product informationThe structure is built from 50 mm thick sandwich panels composed of plastisol-coated steel outer layers and a sound-absorbing rock wool core. Ceiling panels are perforated on the inside to maximise acoustic performance and ensure an optimal working environment. A typical booth configuration includes a service panel with tailored connections for power, compressed air, various gases and an extraction arm. Components such as side panels, ceiling panels, doors or welding curtains, brackets and braces are selected according to the chosen layout. The modular system can be reconfigured or expanded as operational needs evolve.
