Details
The panel is supplied partially assembled: the bottom panel is pre-fitted with heavy-duty wheels (with brakes) and the remaining panels click into position; U-profiles are fixed using the supplied rivets. One face is smooth with a silver RAL 9006 finish for a clean appearance; the opposite face is perforated white to reduce noise from the process side. The frame is galvanised steel. The core consists of a 50 mm rock wool panel for acoustic performance and added fire protection.
