Work principle: The belt conveyor consists of two rollers and belts. The drum that drives the conveyor belt is called driving drum (drive drum); the other drum that only changes the direction of the conveyor belt is called the redirection drum. The driving drum is driven by the motor through the reducer, and the belt is driven by the friction between the driving drum and the belt. The driving drum is generally installed at the discharging end to increase traction and is easy to drag. The material falls on the rotating conveyor belt, which is driven by belt friction to unload the material at the unloading end. Product introduction GBC belt conveyor is a kind of equipment which is driven by friction to transport materials. It can be used for horizontal or inclined transportation and is easy to use. Belt conveyor has the advantages of large transport quantity, simple structure, convenient maintenance, standardization of parts and so on. It is widely used in industry, mining, metallurgy, coal and other industries, used to transport loose materials or finished articles, according to the requirements, it can be used as a single conveyor, or as a horizontal or tilted conveying system with other conveyors to meet the different needs. Product advantages 1.Large transport capacity and low power consumption. 2.Wide range of different material conveying. 3.Simple structure, light frame, convenient dismounting, convenient maintenance, few energy consumption, low use cost. 4.The operation is stable and reliable, and it is easy to realize automation and centralized control.
