The GMC series pulse bag type dust collector adopts advanced Pulse-Jet dust removal and cleaning technology to clean the dust attached to the surface of the filter material. It has strong dust removal ability and high dust removal efficiency, and is particularly suitable for collecting various dry dust or materials. In the field of multi-point dispersed dust control, its cost is low, configuration is flexible, and practical advantages are more obvious.
Its working principle is: After the dust containing gas enters the dust collector through the air inlet, a portion of the coarser dust particles fall into the ash hopper due to inertia, collision, natural sedimentation, and other reasons. Most of the dust enters from the bottom of the dust removal room with the airflow. Due to the blocking effect of the filter bag/cartridge, the dust is blocked and left on the outer surface of the filter bag/cartridge, gradually covering and stacking to form a dust layer, further improving the filtering ability of the filter bag/cartridge for subsequent dust. Guided by the airflow of the induced draft fan (ID fan), the dust gas enters the purification chamber after being purified by the filter bag/cartridge, and is then discharged into the atmosphere through the air outlet, achieving the goals of dust control and particle recovery.
