The GZT granulator is a waste tire recycling and disposal environmental protection equipment independently developed by GEP ECOTECH to cope with the current trend of the waste tire recycling industry. The tire granulator can process the tire rubber blocks processed by the steel wire separator to particles of about 4-6 mm, separating the fibers in the rubber blocks from the rubber particles, and the separation rate can reach over 99.5%. It is an important component of equipment in the waste tire/rubber recycling and disposal process.
The granulator is driven by the electric motor through a transmission component to drive the main shaft to operate at a high speed, causing the rotary cutter installed on the rotary cutter seat to undergo relative shearing motion with the fixed cutter installed on the fixed cutter seat. When the materials enter the shredding chamber through the feeding hopper, the shredding cutter group shreds the materials through high-speed shearing and tearing, allowing materials that meet the fineness requirements to be discharged from the shredding chamber through the screen, while materials that exceed the fineness requirements are shredded through cyclic shredding until they meet the fineness requirements before being discharged from the shredding chamber. During the shredding process, the fibers inside the rubber block are separated from the rubber particles through the shearing and tearing effects of the rotary and fixed cutters.
