GCS series pre-sorting machine is a food waste pre-sorting equipment with simple and compact structure, good sorting effect and high sorting efficiency. It mainly consists of frame, sorting chamber, power device and screening device. It effectively solves the problems of easy blockage of discharge holes, easy entanglement of plastics and low sorting efficiency, and ensures the sorting quality of food waste. Application The pre-sorting machine is mainly used for the sorting of food waste, its discharge particle size ≤ 60mm, to achieve effective sorting of large and coarse materials such as glass bottles, plates, dishes, plastics and other debris, and to reduce the wear and tear on the equipment and processing difficulties in the later process. WORKING PRINCIPLE The power output is achieved through the power unit, which transmits the torque to the oscillating device, driving the oscillating device to make an oscillating movement above the screening device, thus sorting the material in the screening device. Due to the presence of the oscillating device, the material passing through the screen has a downward pressure, avoiding the hidden problem of blocking the screen and achieving continuous operation of the equipment.
