Workpieces are fed in batches on a track conveyor for high-throughput processing. The core grinding mechanism uses the 祥生 patented "one-round two-grind chamfering and deburring" method with dedicated elastic steel-pin and flexible abrasive-disc cartridges to target only edges and hole perimeters for clean, efficient automated finishing, reducing manual rework and consumable costs. Suitable for heavy-load batch processing of carbon steel components.
