Equipped with Jonsen patented carousel-type cross-belt station featuring "one belt two passes" processing. This model has a 1600 mm working width and three top-and-bottom cross-belt stations allowing simultaneous processing of both faces. The first two stations use high-hardness, anti-wear metal-alloy pin blocks that emulate hammering and chiseling to remove slags. The third station is fitted with dense sandpaper abrasive blocks and Scotch Brite flaps for final cleaning and edge rounding.
