Product overview
Designed to remove residual slag from plasma and flame-cut workpieces while delivering clean top and bottom surfaces and rounded, smooth edges. Suitable as a double-sided grinding solution for large, medium and small parts on intelligent production lines. The core grinding mechanism uses 祥生's patented "one-circle two-grind chamfering deburring machine and method" and is equipped with special elastic steel-pin abrasive cartridges and elastic abrasive-sheet cartridges that target part edges and hole edges for efficient, clean automatic grinding, significantly reducing manual grinding effort and consumable costs. The system is suited for high-volume, high-load processing and is particularly appropriate for slag removal after plasma or flame cutting. The equipment supports host-computer control with open interfaces for integration into centralized intelligent line control systems.
