Applications
After cutting, parts are first sorted by size and category, then routed to dedicated de-slagging machines. SG1030-3TB+B is configured for small parts; larger parts are processed on wider machines. Randomly loaded parts (manually or by automation) travel on a conveyor where visually guided robotic arms sort and distribute them to secondary conveyors feeding the de-slagging stations. The line includes a patented carousel-type cross-belt station with a "one belt two passes" process. Each machine (1000 mm and 2400 mm working widths) shares the same workstation layout: three top-and-bottom cross-belt stations allowing simultaneous processing of both sides. The first two cross belts use high-hardness, wear-resistant metal-alloy pin blocks to hammer and chisel off slags; the third cross belt uses dense abrasive blocks and Scotch-Brite flaps to clean and round edges and holes, removing sharpness.
