This DOOSAN diesel engine is direct-injection and runs on a 4 strokes-cycle. Model P126TI-II has a turbocharged and aftercooled aspiration, 6-L cylinders and a rated output of 258 kW prp or 287 kW on standby. It works on a coolant system with a displacement of 11,051 L. The bore and stroke sizes are 123 x 155 mm. The engine uses lube oil API CH4 SAE 15W40 or 10W40. The total oil capacity is 23 L. The fuel consumption at 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% PRP is 16.9 l/h, 31.3 l/h, 47 l/h and 63.1 l/h respectively. It is 77.6 l/h on standby. The water cooled diesel engine has a 24V electrical system, an electric governor, a dry air cleaner and filter, hot components and radiator guards, and mobile components guards. It has a water separator decanting filter.
