The Scania DC9 72A is a 263 kW unit with a 4 stroke-cycle diesel engine with turbocharged and aftercooled body. It uses a direct injection setup and a coolant material to keep it relaxed. This also has a dry air cleaner, a low water level sensor, a 24V electrical link and a 16:1 compression ratio. The large unit has a 9.3L displacement and a 5-L cylindrical arrangement. This can use about 70 liters of fuel per hour but it can also be adjusted to work at half the power to conserve fuel as needed. All filters are used to protect the integrity of the unit while guards are added to protect all of its parts. It also uses 63.17 liters of fuel at its highest consumption rate or 46.9 and 32.22 liters at 75% or 50%, this uses 0.2 g/kwh of lube oil at a full load.
