Description
We produced over 100 precision mold inserts, including cavities and cores, for a Japanese client. Production combined CNC machining, wire EDM and surface grinding to achieve tight dimensional control down to ±0.002 mm. Parts ranged from a few millimetres to 500 mm in length. Detailed inspection reports and test results covering dimensions, tolerances, surface finishes and material analysis were supplied.
