Description

Product description
T 10000 is an industrial dust extractor engineered to match high-productivity Dual Drive Technology™ grinding machines (e.g. PG 820 RC, PG 820, PG 680 RC, PG 680) as well as shavers, shot blasters and saws. It can be combined with the C 5500 pre-separator which mounts on the extractor. Built for heavy-duty applications, the unit handles grinding dust and demolition debris with a robust multi-stage filtration system and long filter life. Three tested and certified HEPA H13 filters ensure clean exhaust air. Primary sock-style pre-filters are cleaned from outside the tank via Jet Pulse air pressure. The Longopac® bag hose system enables dust-free bag changes.

Key benefits
  • Multi-stage filtration with cyclone pre-separation to remove heavy particles
  • Three certified HEPA H13 microfilters capturing respirable silica dust down to 0.3 µm
  • Jet Pulse external filter cleaning for sustained airflow without opening the machine
  • Longopac® bag hose system for dust-free collection and changeover
  • Designed for industrial use with corrosion-resistant components and welded frame
  • Mobility and stability features: slim design, non-marking tyres, swivel casters, separator hitch
  • Airflow monitoring and hour counter for service planning

Features (overview)
  • Three filtering stages with cyclone chamber separating up to ~95% of heavy particles before the washable main filter
  • Individually tested and certified HEPA H13 microfilters capturing 99.99% of remaining respirable silica dust (0.3 µm)
  • Jet Pulse system for easy external cleaning and high continuous airflow
  • Corrosion-resistant steel clamps, welded frame with dust bag platform and durable steel handle
  • Slim footprint with solid non-marking tyres, swivel casters and separator hitch for improved mobility
  • Easy-to-read airflow monitoring signaling filter cleaning or replacement needs
  • Longopac® bag hose system for dust-free bag changes
  • Hour counter for service tracking
