The Ensenso N41 3D camera's lightweight, compact plastic composite housing, with lockable GPIO connector for trigger and flash and GigE connector, has two monochrome CMOS sensors (Global Shutter, 1936 x 1216 pixels) and a projector. The projector is available either with blue lights in the visible area (465 nm) or with infrared lights (850 nm).
Via Power over Ethernet a data transfer and power supply are possible with long cable lengths. The 3D camera meets the requirements for protection code IP65/67 and is therefore protected against dirt, dust, water splashes or cleaning agents.
The N41 3D cameras are pre-calibrated and come with an MVTec HALCON interface as well as an object-oriented API (C++, C# / .NET). The N41 models are suitable for 3D acquisition of moving objects and working distances up to 3,000 mm and are available with focal lenghts from 6 to 16 mm.
The Ensenso N models are also easy to set up and operate via the Ensenso SDK.
Ensenso N41 cameras feature a lightweight, compact housing made of plastic composite material with an integrated pattern projector, two CMOS sensors and GigE interface. They are suitable for capturing static and moving objects.
The 3D cameras meet protection class IP65/67 and are therefore optimally protected against dirt, dust and water splashes.
Thanks to the weight reduction, Ensenso N41 cameras are well suited for use on collaborative robot arms. The haptics of the plastic surface and rounded edges also help to minimise injuries.
