Product description
Nozzle heaters with stainless steel casing (AISI430) and flexible metal braided leads. Leads are connected on each side of the casing for easy installation in narrow spaces. Designed for contact with molten plastics such as PVC, ABS, PTFE, PEEK and similar polymers. Intended for industrial extrusion and injection-molding applications.

Installation and control
The heaters require a control system with external sensor or an integrated thermocouple type J (optional). Standard inner diameters range from Ø25 mm to Ø100 mm. Multiple power ratings and widths are available to match process requirements. IHP can supply customized voltages and special configurations for production lines.
