The Friction Testing Module is a plug-in for Force Recorder Next Series that includes automatic calculation of the coefficient of friction and presets of test conditions in accordance with various related standards. By pre-setting the weight of the weight and the selection data, the static and average kinetic coefficients of friction are automatically calculated and displayed based on the measurement results. Conversion and judgment results of COF can be output to a dedicated report template or CSV etc. It also displays the result of conformity judgment to the selected standard. *Download Card Basic is required. Feature Automatically calculate and display the static and average kinetic coefficients of friction from the measurement value. Automatically determine if the measurement data conforms to the selected standard or not and displays the result. Measurement conditions that conform to relevant standards for friction testing such as JIS, ISO, ASTM, etc. are preset. It’s easy to set up conditions according to the standards. User preset function helps adding arbitrary standards and registering unique measurement conditions. Easy to output the measurement data of the Friction Test via dedicated report templates, CSV, etc.
