Overview
Yarn Tenacity Testing Module is a downloadable plug-in for the Force Recorder Next series that converts measured yarn strength force values into yarn tenacity based on sample fineness (tex), displays calculated results and enables flexible graph axis switching for analysis.

Features

• Automatically calculates and displays yarn tenacity to evaluate tensile strength in yarn tests; also computes stretch (elongation) and stretch rate using displacement from the sample's initial length.
• Selectable units for tenacity: N/tex, cN/tex, N/dtex, cN/dtex; selectable units for stretch: dimensionless (⊿) and percentage (⊿%).
• Graph axis switching between Tenacity ⇔ Force (Y-axis) and Stretchability ⇔ Displacement (X-axis) for versatile visualization.
• Exports yarn tenacity and related results using dedicated report templates or CSV format for further analysis.

Additional notes

• Function partially complies with industry standards related to yarn and fiber evaluation, including JIS L1095.
• Activation requires IMADA Download Card Basic.
