The Switch Operating Force Measurement Module is a plug-in for the Force Recorder Next Series includes a switch feeling calculation function and test condition presets compliant with related standards. It automatically calculates and displays each parameter of switch characteristics, such as click rate etc, based on the switch operating force and releasing force. It also displays the results of conformance judgment to the selected standard. *Download Card Light is required. Feature Measuring the operating force when pressing a push button type switch until the it is activated. This function is useful for evaluating “hardness” and “click feeling” of switches by quantifying characteristics such as pushability and click feeling of the switch. Automatically determine if the measurement data conforms to the selected standard or not and displays the result. Measurement conditions that conform to ASTM's standard for switch testing are preset. It’s easy to set up conditions according to the standard. User preset function helps adding arbitrary standards and registering unique measurement conditions. Three types of “result types” are available to meet your measurement needs. Easy to output the measurement data of the Switch Operating Test via dedicated report templates, CSV, etc.
