Product overview
Compact automated polishing machine designed for individual Z-axis removal control on up to three specimens. Removal value can be set in 1 μm increments; machine supports automatic stop by removal value or by time, and offers intuitive operation via touch panel and analog controls.

Key features

• Individual Z-axis removal per specimen: Set directional removal (Z) independently for each of three specimens; removal range 5 μm–5 mm per specimen, up to H20 mm, 1 μm resolution. Polishing of remaining specimens continues when one specimen reaches its set removal value.
• Timed polishing mode: Polishing can be controlled by time; two different movements can be programmed into a single process.
• Abrasive Auto Drip compatibility: Optional abrasive auto drip device enables automated finish polishing without operator intervention.
• Runout offset correction: Offset function corrects grinding errors caused by disk runout or buff elasticity by inputting disk surface runout in advance.
