The Easy Form 50 is a semi-automatic machine for forming American-style cartons. It folds and supports the four lower flaps to keep the carton bottom closed during operator filling and facilitates transfer to the sealing station.

How it works
The operator inserts the flat box into the erector at an angle and presses down to fold the front and rear flaps. The box is then pushed forward to activate the pneumatic side-flap closers, which hold the bottom closed during filling. After filling, the operator manually closes the four top flaps and guides the box along the roller table to the sealing station.
